My necklace with my kids' names on it is Absolutely beautiful. I had a problem with one of my charms not staying clipped and falling off. I emailed the design team and they promptly got back to me. They are sending a new necklace and I'm sending my broken one back. Dana in customer service is one in a million. I am so grateful for them to make it right. It is so perfect. I got 2 different charms with my kids' names. I accidentally ordered 2 tear drops instead of 1 tear drop- 1 bar and I emailed you guys. I got a fast response with the changes I requested before it was too late. I am also impressed with the spacing in my son's name, as I ordered it. The necklace is dainty but bold.
