How helpful they were with my situation not only once but many months later almost over a year I should say they were absolutely open and willing to take my item back and try once again to fix the issue but they did offer to do this and take it care of it at no expense to me they are an amazing jewelry company with very unique gifts I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so amazing awesome and just unbelievable to work with thank you thank you thank you a million and one times over from the bottom of my heart!!!❤️
